Here at Paolos, we are one of the few pizzerias that adheres to the strict laws of true Neapolitan pizza.
In 2013, Paolos Pizzeria was born with a small simple menu of only six pizzas, two starters and one dessert. Eight years on and we are still going strong, we have expanded the menu slightly!
Our inspiration and journey starts with our owner on his travels through Italy back in 2011 where he found employment in Naples at a pizzeria named Attillio's. Here he learned many of the skills necessary to create the finest pizzas under the tutelage of Attillio Barchetti, a renowned master pizzaiolo.
